MR YOMI AKAPO - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Yomi Akapo holds a Master in Banking and Finance and has vast knowledge in cooperate and commercial banking built from 30+ years’ experience in the industry, he had previously held senior management roles in Gambia, Sierra Leone and Ghana.

Yomi, a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria currently oversees the company's business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures as well as develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals of the group.

He has a knack for solving problems, getting results and executing complex business strategies, a very high level of commercial awareness and a wide knowledge of the finance and investment industry.

He is a proven leader with excellent communication, analytical and organization skills.

MR BAYONLE ADELOYE

Biography

BAYONLE ADELOYE – DIRECTOR

Bayonle has over 15 years’ experience as he is currently a Director at Prag Energy and Marine services as well as other major players in the telecommunication infrastructure industry.

He handled a lot of projects all over Nigeria and also in Ghana. He has also worked on telecoms installations.

He is also the CEO of Current Data International Services Ltd, a key player in Electrical and Offshore Oil and Gas companies where he offers renewable power consultancy services, specialized in Marine services including wreck removal, ship salvaging, underwater inspection, hull cleaning etc.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Statistics and also an Alumni of Lagos Business School and also a member of Project Management Institute.

MRS FATIMA LARIA MOHAMMED

CHAIRMAN

FATIMA LARAI MOHAMMED – CHAIRMAN

Mrs. Fatima is a shrewd professional Real Estate developer with experience in business development and management ranging from banking operations, marketing, finance and human resource.

She is an expert strategic planner with a track record of implementing strategies to generate revenue, boost profit, assure quality, client satisfaction, meet organizational goals as well as maintain a healthy working business environment.

As Chairman of Prag Group, Fatima communicates with shareholders, government entities and the public on behalf of the company; ensures strategic goals and policies agreed by the board are effectively implemented to guarantee development of the Group and promotes effective relationships and open communication, as well as creates an environment that allows constructive debates and challenges, both inside and outside the boardroom, between Non-executive Directors and the Management.

She is a certified Project Management Professional and holds an MBA from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

MR MAURICE BELLO MAGAJI

MAURICE BELLO MAGAJI – DIRECTOR

Maurice Bello Magaji Esq, is an astute lawyer, with seventeen (17) years post call experience in both private and publics sector at various tiers of Government.

He bagged a Bachelor of Law L.L.B (Hons) degree from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and was Called to Bar in 2004. In 2007, he established his law office Maurice Magaji & Co. (Solicitors, Advocates and Corporate Consultants) in Abuja and during the course of his career he served as Secretary, House of Representatives committee on sensitization for amendment of 1999 Constitution.

His activities in the Public sector exposed him to Legal Drafting, Scrutiny, Due diligence cutting across areas such as Petroleum Industry Laws, International Laws and Protocol, Corporate Laws etc.

Barr. Maurice Magaji has passion for good governance, and he believes in strengthening the capacity of electorates to be able to know their rights and responsibility to the society and as a corporate Legal practitioner, he postulates the idea of strengthening entrepreneurships and partnerships in the business and corporate environment; with this, he believes it will make the economy vibrant in the long term.

ABDULAKEEM OSHINUGA. ABDULRAHMAN – DIRECTOR

Adulakeem is a professional with over 20 years’ experience, thorough knowledge of the banking industry and is proficient in all aspects of banking; ranging from operations/management, customer service, marketing, risk analysis to product sales.

He a critical thinker known for his transparency and determination and has shown competencies and skills spanning Budgeting, Risk Assessment, Human and Interpersonal Management, Communication and Delegation, Leadership and Conflict Resolution.

He is a dedicated, driven and result oriented professional with exceptional skills in take-off restructuring for development of efficient business structures.

Hakeem is an Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Management (ACM) and Associate Member of the Institute of Treasury Management (ATM).
